For using certain parts of our web shop, you need to register first. After your registration, we save the personal data you provided via the username you chose. You choose which information you publish. It is possible for others to find you through these details. If you wish, we can anonymise your details.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web shop. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Google to organise the handling of our data.

We do not allow Google to use the obtained Analytics for other Google services. In addition, we anonymise the IP-addresses.


We take security measures to limit the abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. We particularly take the following measures:

  • We use secured connections (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) which protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal information.

Retention periods

The personal data described above are retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including the warranty. Thereafter, we store the data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described above. The data will then be erased, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the fiscal retention of seven years for payment details).
