Which payment methods are available?
You can choose between the following payment options:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- PayPal ( + 2% )
A bank transfer, also known as a SEPA transfer, SEPA Credit Transfer, or simply a transfer, is a reliable payment method that both national and international consumers like to use to make payments with.
After you have transferred the money to our bank account number, it will take several days (no longer than 2-3 workdays, depending on the bank’s processing period) to process the payment. After the payment has been processed, your order will be processed further.
On the payment page, you can select the type of credit card you will be paying with. Then, you will enter the credit card number, the expiry date, and the CVC code. CVC stands for Card Verification Code. This is a 3-digit code, which you can find on the back of the credit card. On the signature strip, you will find another set of digits. The last three digits are your CVC code.
On the payment page, you can choose to pay with PayPal. You will need a PayPal account for this option. When you decide to pay with PayPal, we will be charging extra costs. These costs amount to 2% of the total price of your order.
Invoices and payments
When you place an online order, the order will be registered automatically. You will receive a confirmation, containing all the details of your order in a clear overview, by email. That way, you will know that both your order and the payment were successful.
When a payment has failed, this can have various possible causes. Please contact our customer service for help.
